I created this blog when I realized I needed a place to share the realities of living the stay-at-home mom -dash- homeschool life. Just about every day, we see wonderful posts on Facebook of moms having their perfect moments. I know, because I post them too. Happy, smiling kids. But let's face it...the face you see here of my six month old son is what you see the other 85% of the time.
Now don't get me wrong -- I love homeschooling. It has become the best life-decision I have ever made, truly. I won't go into all the wonderful stuff here and now. You know and I know. (If you don't know, and the phrase "But what about socialization?" is on the tip of your tongue, this blog is not for you.) It is the secret world of "amazing" that few moms get to experience and I really wish they could. But the blog is where the real stuff happens. I won't sugar-coat this amazing life ours.
